Indirect labor refers to the time when technicians are not working on a repair. The indirect labor and planned indirect labor refer to the time spent on the activities such as lunch, cleanup, meeting, emergency operations, training, supervision, leave and other tasks. The Indirect Labor Settings section lets you define a default reason for indirect labor and planned indirect labor in FASTER Web.
To edit the indirect labor settings
next to the Maintenance option, and then click Settings.|
Note: When you select the labor reason in the Indirect Labor Reason list and in the Planned Indirect Labor Reason list, ensure that you have not selected the same labor reason. The labor reason must be different for indirect labor and planned indirect labor. |
