Repair Codes
A repair code is a unique identifier of repair in FASTER Web. It is the combination of repair group, component, and action.
- Group: All the components of a part are grouped together under a name. Example, Air conditioning.
- Component: Elements of a part. Example, compressor.
- Action: Types of repair activities that is performed on the component. Example, clean up.
The Repair Codes page lets you manage the following:
- Repair Group Component Action
- Repair Reason
- Repair Schedule
- TWS Repair Category
- Group
- Component
- Action
To open the repair codes page
- Click the Setup module.
- In the Application Setup section, do one of the following:
- Click
next to the Maintenance option, and then click Repair Codes. - In the Maintenance section of Application Setup, click the Repair Codes link.
The Repair Codes page opens.
